Crushing realisation – as I try to balance a wine glass and two-day-old aubergine pasta on a stack of magazines that is our current coffee table – that this is me in about 20 years. Volkswagen Beetle, questionable-breed (but probably outlives my own kids) doggo, and this efficient-ass ‘walkies’. TOTAL MOOD.
