Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your information. Please note that shipments may still be subject to delays and we cannot guarantee arrivals identical to the postal service’s estimated date.
We may not be able to deliver to certain remote destinations, or a delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us for advice on selecting the best shipping option for you. Please reserve extra time for this process for your order to arrive in time.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine.
If you wish to receive in one of the above destinations, we have made it available to do so via Royal Mail UK. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com for alternative solutions.
Itemised tracking is available with DHL and Hermes only. Any national domestic and International services (e.g Royal Mail) do not provide itemised tracking (updates to journey) and can only be tracked for loss.
Hermes and DHL
Orders sent via Hermes or DHL are tracked and will require a signature. Please ensure to input address information where you know someone can accept the delivery.
The shipping fee will calculated automatically once you input destination information, please select from available options. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Duties and taxes
Packages sent outside the UK or EU may incur taxes and/or duties. CUBICLE is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms when dispatching. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order.
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, unclaimed shipments may be returned to our warehouse. Please note that the cost of re-shipping is in the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to refund any returned and unclaimed shipments.
When purchasing a CUBICLE volume during pre-order, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered product(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
