COVID-19 shipping updates
Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing limitations to our service due to staff shortages and restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we will do our absolute best to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are currently only dispatching on Tuesday of every week. Please make sure your orders are complete by Monday 23:59:59 CET for processing.
Many national postal services are experiencing heavy delays (especially USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Japan) due to backlogs in postal services. We are able to offer alternative shipping solutions for more optimal delivery dates, please email us at email@example.com.
Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your information. Please note that shipments may still be subject to delays and we cannot guarantee arrivals identical to the postal service’s estimated date.
Hermes and UPS
Orders sent via Hermes or UPS are tracked and will require a signature. Please ensure to input address information where you know someone can accept the delivery.
We may not be able to deliver to certain remote destinations, or a delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us for advice on selecting the best shipping option for you. Please reserve extra time for this process for your order to arrive in time.
Poczta Polska has suspended shipping to the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Libia, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Phillipines, Tanzania, Tunisia, Vietnam
If you wish to receive in one of the above destinations, we have made it available to do so via UPS. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org for alternative solutions.
All Poczta Polska domestic and International services do not provide itemised tracking (updates to journey) and can only be tracked for loss. Itemised tracking is available with UPS and Hermes only.

Duties and taxes
Packages sent outside the EU may incur taxes and/or duties. CUBICLE is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms when dispatching. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order.
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, unclaimed shipments may be returned to our warehouse. Please note that the cost of re-shipping is in the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to refund any returned and unclaimed shipments.
