In 1954 began one of the most prolific periods of Picasso’s art – in three months he produced 15 oil paintings and more than a hundred sketches and prints. The special exhibition by the Nationalgalerie of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin showcases Picasso’s alternative perspective on painting and his uniqueness in artistic variation.
